Location

Shannon Karich is licensed in Washington State. All therapy sessions are completed remotely (online) on confidential platforms. She is happy to conduct a phone consultation prior to the first session.

Accepting new clients with weekend availability – we are open on Sundays!

Style

Shannon focuses on her clients’ needs and strengths when developing treatment plans. This means that she does not stick to a particular method, but instead custom tailors her sessions to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Are you a good fit?

Clients must be located in Washington State and be at least 16 years of age. Shannon works with all genders and sexual orientations. She specializes in women’s issues, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, anxiety, and mood disorders.

About

Shannon Karich is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate based out of Washington State. She obtained her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. She has extensive clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient counseling. Earlier in her career, Shannon was published in peer-reviewed journals for her research in Clinical Psychology.

Shannon takes the time to get to know her clients and develops treatment plans unique to each individual by building off their current strengths. In her strengths-based approach, she utilizes techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure Therapy, and Radical Acceptance.

Shannon offers free phone consultations prior to the intake session to address questions/concerns.
